Unlike your standard  "massage chain" that will only provide 45-55 minutes for an "hour session", a 60-minute session includes a discussion to understand your needs and goals, 60 minutes of hands-on work, and a post-session conversation that may include stretches and tips to support you in the days and weeks to follow.

Massage work is custom-tailored to your needs and provide work based on a variety of massage modalities and techiques.
